Complaints and Feedback
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who contact Judgegovernor Floor Coating should be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- A call or message with Judgegovernor Floor Coating that went poorly
- The way we handled or protected your personal data
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- How a provider we referred you to behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, first raise it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of what you send.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Still, Judgegovernor Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
How to File a Complaint
Email contact@judgegovernor.property and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short description of what happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then review it. That may include talking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office, or a local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
